This four-ten is former CCCP-67513 when it was delivered to AFL/Kazakhstan on 24 March 1985. It was sold to Aerovista on 26 March 2002. The Turbolet was withdrawn from use at Kharkiv International Airport (Ukraine) in late 2001. The UVP then became EX-417 and was seen here at a remote platform at Kandahar (Afghanistan).
