The Potez 22 was a development of Potez 18 of 1922. The 22 had three Bristol Jupiters radial in place of the three Lorraine 8Bd V8s of the earlier aircraft along with other modifications. Only one of each aircraft was built. F-ESCA competed in the 1923 Le Grand Prix des Avions de Transport without distinction.
