Arriving transatlantic and about to make an evening touchdown on Runway 31 at Prestwick for an overnight stop. En route to Turkey to fulfil a Turkish government contract which Buffalo Airways had secured for firefighting work. Travelling in the company of stablemate C-FAYU. Still in the colours of the previous operator, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, to whom it was delivered new in 1988. Joined Buffalo Airways in 2010. Sold to Longview Aviation Services Inc in 2017. Re-registered N406BT with Bridger Air Tanker in 2022. This photo is copyright © David A.
