The aircraft was, and still is, originally registered G-BORK and only used the registration G-IIIC between 16-06-2004 and 20-10-2004, whilst it was used by blind pilot Steve Cunningham for a series of record setting flights around the UK. Steve navigated by using a speaking computer and the landings and some other tasks were carried out by his safety pilot Vince Coultan, then the Turweston Flying Club's Club's CFI. The aircraft is seen here at Turweston on 6th July 2004 just after its new registration and sponsor's decals had been applied.
