Delivered to the Polish Air Force in in June 1980, operated by LOT as SP-LEE from March 1988 until early 1991. Returned to military serial by March 1991 retaining its basic LOT colour scheme. Withdrawn and stored at Minsk, Mazowiecki by January 2012, disassembled and moved by road to the Museum of Air Defence at Koszalin in late 2016.
