Bringing two Russian cosmonauts and an American astronaut, Scott Kelly, to the airport of Baikonur in Kazakhstan, part of the Baikonur Cosmodrome complex. Note kids with balloons. Aircraft built for the Soviet air force in 1980 and always used in support of the Soviet and Russian space programme as a cosmonaut trainer and transport.
