Delivered new to Delta as N722DA on 07 Nov 1977. WFU and stored at VCV on 23 Oct 1998. To Jet Midwest on 13 Apr 2004. To Thai Sky Airlines as HS-AXA on 25 Feb 2005. WFU and stored at BKK in Apr 2006. Dismantled and transported for preservation in Sep 2015 at the aircraft market at Wang Taku, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand.
