Just arrived in Cameri for the open day "Giornata Azzurra 1993" of June 13. They could not display because of the crash of this aircraft, occurred during a training on June 10. The aircraft experienced a double flame-out during a phase of inverted flight. The crew succeded in ejecting safely but the aircraft land-crashed in a field avoiding a motorway, but damaging a railway. The double flame-out was apparently caused by the fuel starvation in the tank sump that collects the necessary fuel amount for a limited time of inverted flight.
