Delivered to Japan Air Lines as JA8016 in 1966. To United Air Leasing as N907R then converted to a DC-8-55(F) freighter in 1980. To IACI-International Air Cargo who were renamed to Air Transport International in 1981. To Orbis Travel Agency in 1983, Trans Arabian Air Transport as ST-AJD in 1985 and Electrospace Systems as N907R in 1988. Sold as N812TC in 1989 and leased to various operators. To MK Airlines in 2002. Reregistered as 9G-MKT in 2004 then to Hewa Bora Airways in 2006. Scrapped at Kinshasa in 2012.
