Delivered new to Hawaiian Airlines on 10 September 1975. Leased to Aerolinee Itavia June 1976 to June 1977 with same registration. To McDonnell Douglas Finance and leased to Eastern Airlines October 1980 to January 1991 with registration N418EA. Leased to TWA from August 1993 to December 1999 with same registration.
