Arriving at Prestwick on the Runway 31 approach path. Delivered new to Bond Offshore in 2004. Written off the following year in a sadly fatal accident on 1 April 2009 off Peterhead when returning to Aberdeen on a passenger flight from the BP Miller Platform in the North Sea. The main rotor separated following catastrophic gearbox failure. All sixteen on board were lost. This photo is copyright © David A.
