This aircraft is one of 3 S-62s in the world that was assembled by Mitsubishi as a MS-62J, thus the dual serial number. It was delivered to Asahi Helicopters as JA-9010 in May 1963, then passed on to Autair as ZS-HCW on November 1969. Then to Court Airlines with same registration on February 1970. It was sold to Helicópteros Marinos in Argentina on August 1983 with unknown registration. It suffered an accident and was written off.
