First registered to the Soviet Government as CCCP-46454 in August 1967 and operated as a relay aircraft for government communications. First seen with Rossia tiles in July 1994. Transferred to the Russian AF in 2012 and became RF-75939 by April 2014. Still believed active in 2021.
