The ex-Polish Mig-21PFM began its service on August 5, 1966 in the 41st Fighter Aviation Regiment (PLM) in Malbork, it also flew in the 11th and 62nd Fighter Aviation Regiments, and spent the last two years of service in the 10th PLM in Łask. After flying 1,340 hours, the plane was withdrawn from active service in 1991, and sold to the USA in 1992. It was repainted on display in the museum to represent a Mig-21 of the North Vietnamese Air Force during the Vietnam War.
