First flight 31 August 1967, delivered new to Qantas Airways 6 September 1967 as City of Tamworth. Sold as 9J-AEL to Zambia Airways in April 1977 and to Trans Arabian Air Transport as ST-ALP in March 1989. 14 June 1992 N4115J Grumman Aerospace (for Joint STAR conversion to Boeing E-38C). December 1996 delivered to USAF 92-3290. Aircraft was at least operative in 2022 after more than 55 years in service. Seen parked during a state visit (hence the police car) close to the main entrance to the airport.
