Built as an F-4E and transferred to the Royal Australian Air Force as 97209. Returned from Down-Under and rebuilt to F-4G Wild Weasel. It served the USAFE with the 52nd TFW from Spangdahlem (Germany) before it was transferred to the 35th TFW at George AFB (CA, with tailcode WW). Withdrawn from service on 8 May 1992 and stored at AMARC with inventory code FP0849. Selected for the QF-4G program and moved from storage to Mojave on 17 May 1999. Rebuilt with Marconi Flight Systems and delivered to the 82nd ATRS on 28 December 1999 with coide DD250. Written off on 1 February 2006.
