Built new as an A-7C. Converted to a TA-7C in 1977, then assigned to VA-174, VAQ-34, VAQ-33, and NAWC. Transferred to AMARC in August 1990. In 2001 it was transferred to the Hellenic Air Force. On 9 October 2003 it crashed near Araxos, Greece due to loss of control on a training flight. Both crew ejected safely.
