Built in 1967. Served in the Israeli air force as 012 and reportedly saw action in the Six-Day War. To N45458 in 2004. Owned by Belgian 'Lady Bush Pilot' since 2015 who toured Africa with her Cub, fitted with an Airglas baggage pod.
