The Fairey Barracuda was still in Fleet Air Arm service in the early 1950s but not with first-line units. The GN code belonged to No 737 Sqn, based at RNAS Eglinton in Northern Ireland in 1950-51. It is not explained what this aircraft was doing in Sweden. Photo by: Georg Eriksson / Flygvapenmuseum This photo was added on 20 July 2023, and has since been viewed 1375 times. |
