Delivered to KLM as PH-DTG and leased to Viasa in 1974. Reregistered as YV-134C in 1978. To Iberia as EC-GTB in 1998. Stored at Madrid from 2000. To Firstport International in 2002 and stored at Malaga, then at San Antonio, TX from 2004. Sold as N8094L and flown to Opa Locka, FL in 2005. Scrapped in 2006.
