Built for the US Army as 62-1906, to Panama Servicio Nacional Aeronaval as FAP111 in 1976 and to Ministerio de Seguridad Publica in Costa Rica as TI-SPP in 1978. Returned to the US as N4242T and upgraded to Garlick UH-1B before export to Argentina as LV-WED in June 1993. Repaired following damage in January 1995 and delivered to Paraguay along with two other Garlick UH-1Bs in 1996. Withdrawn and displayed as a gate guard at Ñu Guazú (SGAM) by 2007.
