Former RCAF 109160 was one of five retired RCAF CC-109 aircraft parked on the Kelowna Flightcraft ramp in September 2014. Each aircraft had about 15,000 hours and, while the engines had been removed, they all appeared to be in good condition. I was told that they all had glass cockpits installed just prior to be retired by the RCAF. Due to the difficulty in getting them certified for civilian use and a limited market for CV580/CV5800 freighters, by August 2017, all but C-GLWF/109152 had been scrapped.
