It looks like this is the new way of protecting the stored aircraft from the desert environment. It took me a while to find out the identity of this aircraft, but with the help of the AMARC code I managed to get it. Previous operator of this Hornet was the Naval Strike & Air Warfare Center (NSAWC) based at NAS Fallon, NV.
