This Tornado made its first flight on 16 July 1987, was delivered to the Marineflieger (German Naval Aviation) on 13 October 1987 and assigned to Marinefliegergeschwader (MFG) 2. When MFG 2 was disbanded in 2005, the Tornado was transferred to the Luftwaffe and assigned to JBG 32. The aircraft is seen here while undergoing heavy maintenance at home base, Lechfeld.
