Ovda has a huge storage / dump site on the south western part of the airfield. Through the years hundreds of withdrawn from use Israeli Air Force aircraft could be found here. This Kfir is one of them. It is reported that this aircraft was moved to IAI at Tel Aviv-Ben Gurion in May 2008.
