Originally delivered to Alitalia as I-DUVU (25 June 1958) and bought by Martin's Air Charter (PH-MAK) 16 March 1966. With Liberty Air from 1st March 1967. TAE bought it in June 1967 but caught fire in Las Palmas in 1969 and finally broken up in September 1970.
