The damage obvious in the photo was incurred on 30 May 2006 when, whilst landing at Shobdon, the pilot experienced a strong gust of wind which resulted in the aircraft becoming airborne again. After a subsequent bounce, the pilot attempted a go-around but could not prevent the aircraft leaving the runway to the left into a field of crops. The aircraft was formally de-registered as "permanently withdrawn from use" on 8 December 2006.
