This Wild Weasel Thud was TOC by the USAF on 23rd November 1963 as a F-105E. It was converted to a -G in 1968 and went on to be based at Korat RTAFB during the SE Asia conflict and was eventually SOC in 1980. It went on to become part of the NMUSAF Loan Program and is pictured undergoing restoration at the Joe Davis Heritage Airpark. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
