Ex US Navy Bu138311. Civilianised in 1984 as N4781E with the State of Alaska Division of Forestry and re-registered with them as N214SF in January 1985. Withdrawn from use in 2002 and stored at Biggs Army Airfield, Texas until sold to the Air Heritage Museum of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania in 2003.
