Registered as N818GA then N100PM in 1972 and N25BF in 1985. To Omniflys as XA-TDK in 1996. Reregistered as XB-BKE then XB-KCW in 2007, XC-LKL in 2008 and XB-NKS in 2013. Destroyed at a clandestine runway in Calabozo, Guárico, Venezuela after a drug running flight in 2014.
