Delivered new to TWA as N634TW in March 1998. Merged into American Airlines in December 2001. Over to Air China (B-2493) in August 2003. In January 2009 over to AeroSvit Airlines as UR-VVT. wfu October 2011. In January 2012 to El Al. wfu in April 2019 and ferried to Goodyear (AZ). Scrapped there in 2021.
