Ex PP527, 6-11 (F-11) and 11-11 (K-11), Firefly 16-11 (P-11) served with Aircraft Squadron VSQ 1 here in Curaçao and was struck off charge on 21 May 1953 following an accident. 16-21, 16-19 and 16-17, in the background, were withdrawn in 1954 and scrapped. VSQ 1 got newer Firefly Mk.4s that had been replaced with Avengers at home.
