Late production aircraft registered as CCCP-65723 in 1989. Built as a TU-134SKh fitted with cameras to monitor crop growth for operation by Aeroflot Voronezh and with Voronezh Avia by September 1994. Converted to TU-134A-3M and operated by S-Air by 2002 and Jet Air by 2009.
