Delivered to Fokker in February 1993 as PH-LXK. to Air UK in October 1994, reregistered G-UKTF in January 1995. To KLM uk in January 1998. To KLM cityhopper in March 2003. Reregistered PH-LXK in July 2003. Withdrawn from use in September 2009. To Sky Aviation in April 2011 PK-ECD. Withdrawn from use and stored at Pangkal Pinang in March 2014. Preserved there in December 2016 as emergency training frame with fake registration PK-MBG.
