This Mi-2 was commisioned into the Czechoslovak AF in October 1988. It was transferred over to the Czechs in January 1993 and served until October 2018. It is now preserved in front of the CLV building at LKPD. CLV - Centrum Leteckého Výcviku (Aviation Training Center) in Pardubice is part of the state enterprise LOM Prague, which since April 2004 has been providing pilot training for the Czech AF.
