Delivered to United in September 1995. Involved in an incident at Denver on February 20, 2021 when the aircraft suffered an engine (#2) failure. The aircraft returned to the airport for a safe landing. Stored/parked at Denver between February - July 2021. Stored at Victorville in July 2021.
