Ex-JW9004/Tanzanian Air Force. First of many Caribou to come to Malta for maintenance, first by MIACO then by Newcal Aviation. Re-registered HC-BHZ while in Malta and departed in 1981. Crashed and destroyed on the Andes Mountains on 1 September 1982 when in service with Aerocondor.
