Registered to Skydiving Club The Flying Dutchmen on August 15, 1979. Note correct titles on the fuselage but incorrect titles "The Flying Dutchman" on the rudder. Written off November 22, 1997 during dropping flight on a practice field near Rhoon. One of the paratrooper accidentally deployed parachute when just jump out of the plane. Parachute got stuck on the stabilizer, broke that off and causing the aircraft to go out of control.
