Registered to Fokker in September 1989 as PH-ZCK. Leased to Air Europe in November 1989, withdrawn from use in MArch 1991. To Air UK/KLM uk/ KLM cityhopper uk as G-UKFF. To KLM cityhopper in March 2003. Reregistered PH-OFF in September 2003. Withdrawn from use and stored at Woensdrecht in September 2009. Preserved there in October 2013 as an instructional training airframe at the Aircraft Maintenance & Training School.
