The Pulqui II (Arrow) prototype fighters were designed by a team led by Kurt Tank, this being the last of five completed. Series production was cancelled in favour of purchases of F-86 Sabres. This aircraft, the only survivor, was retired in 1960 and is now exhibited at the Moron museum.
