Afternoon arrival - Alliance flight Unity 3119 about to land on Rw 05 from Olympic Dam. Alliance ERJs were brought to Adelaide to be operated by Qantaslink on some 'lesser' regional routes. At first they began operating Alice Springs and Darwin services but with 'new' Covid lockdowns occurring in Sydney and Melbourne, the downtown in traffic resulted in Virgin, Qantas and Jetstar having ample aircraft available for regular services. At the time of writing, the ERJs were supplementing Alliance's F-70, F-100s primarily, and F-50s on some of their mining site services.
