The Bell 412EPX is a civil version of the Bell / Subaru UH-X developed as a Bell UH-1J replacement for the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF). This first aircraft was built by Bell at it's Mirabel, QC plant in Canada. Subaru will assemble the Japanese aircraft in Japan.
