The Swisstrainer was designed to have as many parts as possible to be interchangeable. The concept never caught on and only two were built with this initial prototype placed on display. In 1993, all rights to the design were acquired by SME Aerospace of Malaysia, who produced it as the Aero Tiga for the Royal Malaysian Air Force. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
