An atmospheric shot of a visiting Austrian Air Force Typhoon being towed into position on the morning of the very last RAF Leuchars Airshow. The glass-fronted building directly behind the Typhoon is the old ATC tower, known locally as "Peppermint Palace" on account of its light green hue, whilst to the rear is one of Leuchars' four massive "C Type" hangars. The RAF Ensign can be seen flying from the roof of Peppermint Palace together with the Station Commander's Air Commodore pennant.
