Roosevelt. 8/59: VAH-123. 7/62: Redesignated A-3A. 9/63: Placed in storage at NAS Litchfield, AZ. 12/65: MASDC. 8/66: NARF at NAS Alameda; converted to EA-3A. 10/66: Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E), Pacific Missile Test Center, NAS Point Mugu, CA. 12/74: NARF, NAS Pensacola, FL; modifications were removed and redesignated A-3A. 5 Dec 1974: SOC and given to the Naval Aviation Museum.
