Built in 1937, ex VH-AAU of Guinea Airways. To Union Airways as ZK-ALI in August 1946. Into storage as a backup aircraft in 1947 when Union Airways were absorbed by NAC. Last flew in 1951, cancelled as wfu 24 Nov 1953. Scrapped at New Plymouth in 1961.
