Built as an EC-135T-2, OE-XET was registered in Dec-2003. In 2013 it was converted to an EC-135T-2+. It is marked "Land Kärnten" to indicate it is flying for the Kärnten (Carinthia) region, and has the red cross for the Österreiches Rotes Kreuz and the green cross for the Bergrettungsdienst Österreich. It is photographed here from the viewing terrace of Klagenfurt airport just after take-off from the ÖAMTC heliport that is bordering the airport.
