The sole Loire 102 was the largest flying boat built by Loire Aviation of Saint-Nazaire. Intended for the Dakar - Natal air mail route, it had a forward cabin for four passengers. Clearly not very modern when it first flew in 1936, it suffered from vibration problems and was scrapped in 1938, meanwhile modified with a single main tailfin.
