This 1982 Aviocar was linked to Blackwater, the US private military contractor, also operating in Afghanstan. The aircraft often visited Kabul, but was very rarely seen at the regular handling platforms. At the time of this picture, 961 was registered with Ep Aviation Llc in Wood Dale (IL).
