In partnership with Australia Post, Qantas Freight Flt 7386 departed off Rw 23 bound for Melbourne. These are not often seen in Adelaide in daylight hours and on this morning a heavy cloud bank to the west created an impressive backdrop for sunlit aircraft. It isn't known how much loading was on this flight but it took off from mid-field, got in the air in short order then climbed at what seemed quite a steep angle once the landing gear was retracted.
